Fees & insurance
01Are there catering fees?expand_more
No catering fee from La Villa. Your caterer's own price is what you pay.
02What is the venue insurance fee?expand_more
EGP 15,000 venue insurance — covers the grounds and built structures during your event.
03Catering insurance?expand_more
EGP 10,000 catering insurance — collected from the catering provider, not from you.
04Planner insurance?expand_more
EGP 20,000 planner insurance — collected from your planner.
05Who is responsible for damage?expand_more
Each vendor is responsible for their equipment and reports on-the-spot on the day's WhatsApp group. Any damage is priced from what was used that day and added to a final contract reconciliation. We document everything in writing.

Decoration & planning
01Is the decoration fixed?expand_more
No. We have ideas here but nothing is fixed — never the same twice. We do not set standards, we set the theme for you.
02Can I bring my own planner?expand_more
Yes, with approval. Some planners are on a quiet blacklist for past breaches of venue rules. Send us their name first and we will confirm same day.

Facilities & technical
01Do you offer a generator?expand_more
Per request and for an extra fee. Tell us your power demand and we will price it.
02Can you cover the pool?expand_more
Yes. Everything is doable, with extra fees. Pool covers are arranged at least three weeks in advance.
03Do you offer housekeeping?expand_more
Yes. Toilet paper and soap are in dispensers throughout the day. Bathrooms are cleaned on a schedule during the event.
04What is included in the base rental?expand_more

Pricing edge cases
01How much is the venue empty (per person)?expand_more
300 EGP per person for the first 100 guests · 250 EGP per person from guest 101 to 200 · 200 EGP per person from guest 201 onwards. Use the calculator on the Inventory tab for the live number.
02What about day use?expand_more
EGP 15,000 package covers up to 40 guests. Ages 5–10 count as ½ a guest, under-5s are free.
Above 40 guests, pricing recalculates: EGP 400 per adult (10+ years), EGP 150 per child (5–10 years), and under-5s remain free. Includes the same facilities listed above, Sett Elbiet Catering menus, ice cream, and water.
